Hi there! I’m Shada, an international homeopath, naturopath, and holistic practitioner. But first and foremost, I’m a homeschooling mom to two incredible daughters. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and our journey together shapes my approach to life, learning, and healing.

A Life Full of Adventures
I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world my entire life, immersing myself in new cultures, perspectives, and experiences. Now, I share this love of exploration with my daughters as we split our time between Montreal, Canada, and sunny Florida, USA, while continuing to seek out new adventures together.

My passion for cooking means our home is always filled with the delicious aromas of dishes inspired by our travels. Experimenting with flavors from around the globe brings joy to my family and enriches our lives in the most delightful ways.

Creativity as a Source of Balance
When I’m not working with clients or teaching my daughters, you’ll find me drawing, painting, or crafting. Art is my sanctuary, helping me recharge, reflect, and stay centered.

My Journey to Natural Healing
My path to holistic health began when my daughters were babies. I sought gentle alternatives to conventional medicine and discovered the profound impact of homeopathy. This passion led me to train extensively at the Montreal Institute of Classical Homeopathy (MICH), where I studied holistic health practices, quantum biology, nutrition, and more.
